The ABC supply supports safer, compact overhead distribution upgrades and maintenance under a running call-off arrangement for ZESCO’s network programmes throughout the contract year.

In 2026 Inventta was contracted by ZESCO Limited for the Supply and Delivery of 1,400,000 metres of Aluminium Steel Reinforced Conductor (ACSR DOG & RABBIT). The ACSR DOG and RABBIT conductors support overhead line construction, reinforcement and reconductoring on ZESCO’s distribution and transmission routes across the national grid.

In 2026 Inventta was contracted by ZESCO Limited for the Supply and Delivery of Three Million Metres (3,000,000m) of Insulated Aluminium Duplex on a one-year running contract. The large-volume insulated aluminium duplex supports ZESCO’s LV distribution and customer connection programmes under the ASCENT program from the World Bank, aiming to increase the amount of customer connections in the country.

In 2025 Inventta was contracted by the City of Ekurhuleni for the Supply and Delivery of various sizes of Aerial Bundled Conductors (ABC) on a three-year framework contract. The ABC supply supports municipal MV/LV overhead network upgrades and maintenance across Ekurhuleni, reinforcing Inventta’s role in South African municipal conductor programmes.

In 2025 Inventta was contracted by ZESCO Limited for the Supply and Delivery of 300,000m of Insulated Aluminium Duplex on a one-year running contract. The insulated aluminium duplex supports LV distribution and service connections across ZESCO’s network, providing a flexible call-off arrangement for ongoing conductor supply throughout the contract year.

In 2025 Inventta was contracted by Zambia Electricity Supply Corporation (ZESCO) for the Supply and Delivery of Aluminium Power Cables. The cables support ZESCO’s distribution, reinforcement and customer connection programmes, reinforcing Inventta’s long-standing partnership with Zambia’s national power utility on conductor and cable supply for the national electricity grid and regional network upgrades.

Lumwana MineSupply and Delivery of Wooden Poles

In 2025 Inventta was contracted for the Supply and Delivery of Wooden Poles to Lumwana Mine in Zambia. The treated wooden poles support the construction of the mine’s new fibre line, providing reliable structures for network routes serving the Lumwana mining operation, its plant areas and supporting facilities.

In 2025 Inventta was contracted by SEZI Electrical Contractors for the Supply and Delivery of Various 33kV Transmission Overhead Line Materials. The materials support 33kV overhead line construction and reinforcement works undertaken by SEZI, supplying the full package of fittings and line components needed for reliable medium-voltage distribution routes.

In 2025 Inventta was contracted by Copperbelt Energy Corporation for the Supply and Delivery of Transmission Line Gun Clamps. The gun clamps support transmission overhead line hardware needs, helping CEC install and maintain secure conductor and structure connections on its transmission network.

In 2024 Inventta was contracted by The University of Zambia for the Supply and Delivery of 11kV Oil Immersed Fuses for the Resident Engineers Department. The fuses support campus medium-voltage protection and maintenance works managed by the Resident Engineers, helping keep university electrical infrastructure safe and serviceable.
